Biomolecule quantification and characterisation

The development of new products in life sciences and health relies on purity measurements, quantification and characterisation of biomolecules. This can be accurately achieved through techniques like high resolution liquid chromatography (hr)LC and mass spectrometry (MS). Materials can also be assessed for structural impurities, for instance, peptidic materials can be assessed for truncations, deletions and additions.

Measurements are reported by mass spectrometry relative and fractional abundance. The data can be used on a stand-alone basis or in a complementary way by linking to other techniques used for purity analysis and establishing an unbroken chain of traceability. We also have expertise and a traceable methodology for made peptides.

Standard measurements include:
