David Flack is technically responsible for NPL’s ISO 17025 accredited length measurement services. In addition to maintaining and improving measurement service capability, he has developed training material and authored seven measurement Good Practice Guides, which are widely used and cited internationally. David has also provided inputs to several BSI and ISO standards.
