The NPL Quantum Programme aims to deliver test and evaluation facilities to accelerate the commercialisation of new products based on quantum technologies. By working in partnership with quantum businesses across the UK and centres of excellence in quantum technology, we provide facilities, resources and expertise to implement test and evaluation capability to speed up innovation and product development, as well as giving confidence in the adoption of quantum technologies.
As these facilities and capability are developed, it is essential the impact is realised by making them available and promoting them to organisations in the UK. In many cases the most effective path to realising the benefits will be by deployment of capability, and provision of services, at partner organisations.
