Moving forward on our Diversity and Inclusion journey

NPL launches 5 year D&I strategy

NPL is delighted to publish its 2022 – 2027 Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy, which sets out our vision for the future to ensure we are continuously improving and learning as an organisation.

This strategy builds on an existing programme of work, which consisted of introducing Executive sponsorship for our special interest groups, implementing changes in the workplace to create a more inclusive environment, and building a dedicated D&I hub for colleagues.

To ensure we continue to deliver extraordinary impact from our excellent science and engineering, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all of the NPL community feels valued, empowered to bring their genuine selves to work and have access to the support they need.

Our new approach will enable us to extend and embed current and new activities across the organisation in a meaningful and impactful way and help identify new areas and opportunities to ensure that all are supported to succeed.
