Manoj Stanley received his B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication from the University of Kerala, India in 2012. Following this, he received his M.Tech degree in Communication Systems from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, India in 2014 where he also worked as a Lab Engineer under the Centre of Excellence and was involved in projects of national importance.
Manoj completed his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Liverpool, UK before joining NPL in 2019. During his doctoral research study which was sponsored by Huawei Technologies, Manoj designed several state-of-the-art MIMO antennas and 5G antenna arrays for mobile phones. He has published over 20 peer reviewed journals and conference publications and has filed a patent for 5G antenna design.
Currently, he is working on developing technologies for agriculture applications and terahertz spectroscopy measurements.
