Robert Foot
Senior scientist
Robert has a BSc(Eng) in Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Systems Engineering.
He joined NPL recently after many years working as a contract software engineer in many parts of England, Scotland and Germany.
He has acquired a great deal of experience in C++, but is now learning the delights of Python and MATLAB.
Areas of interest
Robert is currently developing software in the areas of satellite navigation systems and autonomous vehicles.
