Nilofar Faruqui received an MSc in Biomolecular Organisation from Birbeck College, University of London, in 2000, followed by postgraduate research pursued at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Biomedical Materials at Queen Mary, University of London. The research at IRC focused on in vitrocharacterisation of a novel bioceramic material.
Nilofar has been working at NPL since September 2007. Her current research focuses on the cellular interaction of synthetic ECM mimetics for tissue regeneration and wound healing.
