Laith Meti studied for his PhD with a joint partnership between University College London, London Centre for Nanotechnology and NPL for research into the development of quantum technologies and sensors with SQUIDs formed from niobium superconducting weak links.
In 2023, Laith joined the Quantum Information group at NPL working with Inductive Superconducting Transition Edge Detectors (ISTED) and contributes strong experience in nanofabrication, device characterisation and the measurement of superconducting quantum nano-devices.
