Jodene Young is Chief People Officer at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), where she leads the organisation’s people, culture and talent strategy, supporting NPL’s long-term mission and future growth.
With experience across the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), pharmaceutical and STEM sectors, she has a strong track record in organisational transformation, leadership development, and creating high-performing and inclusive cultures. She works closely with the Executive Team, Board and committees to ensure NPL has the leadership, skills and capabilities needed for the future.
