Chelsey obtained a PhD degree from University of Oxford. Her doctoral research mainly focused on optoelectronic devices using 2D layered materials.
Chelsey joined NPL in 2023. Her current work is doing cutting-edge electronics tests for advanced materials in variable environmental conditions. This is enabled using two powerful characterization tools: custom-built electrical transport measurements in variable environments setup (ETMiVE) and quantum design physical properties measurement system (PPMS).
Chelsey welcomes both industrial and academic collaborations.
