Benjamin White joined NPL in September 2023 as a graduate scientist for the Quantum Information group. His research thus far at NPL has focused on quantum photonics, characterisation of optical power detectors and development of quantum key distribution systems.
Benjamin is a physicist and graduated with an MPhys (Hons) in physics from Swansea university in 2022. Benjamin’ previous research topics concentrated on the use of nuclear magnetic resonance imagery and spectroscopy to quantify in-vivo neurotransmitters utilising standardised protocols.
