A project known as SENTINEL - SErvices Needing Trust In Navigation, Electronics, Location & timing - has been awarded funding by the Technology Strategy Board.

Starting in early 2011, the 24-month SENTINEL project aims to build on the success of GAARDIAN.

The performance of the GAARDIAN sensors will be enhanced to pinpoint the location of any source of interference to GNSS signals, and a network of sensors will be deployed around critical infrastructure.
