What is the range of the MSF time signal? (FAQ - Time)

The MSF time signal provides a good service throughout the British Isles, with signal strengths greater than 100 µV/m at 1000 km from Anthorn (in Cumbria) in all directions. With good equipment and freedom from interference or screening the time signal can be used throughout north-west Europe. There is no range at which the service suddenly ceases.
