Supply of glazed calibration panels as required by BS EN ISO 12567-1 and 2
NPL can manufacture glazed calibration panels as specified in BS EN ISO 12567-1 Annex C1.
The two glazed calibration panels (GCP) – approximately 20 mm thick and 58 mm thick, comprise an expanded polystyrene core, sandwiched between two sheets of toughened, float glass, each having a nominal thickness of 4 mm. The fabrication procedures and the method for characterising their thermal properties are those specified in BS EN ISO 12567-1: 2000 Annex C1.
The thermal conductance of these panels is derived at 0 ºC, 5 ºC, 10 ºC and 15 °C.
