NPL has been selected by ISO as one of five organisations through which direct access to relevant sections of ISO 18115-Surface Chemical Analysis - Vocabulary can be obtained. Access is permitted for educational and implementation purposes and this will enable surface analysts, researchers and students to communicate clearly and unambiguously.
