Debdulal Roy has been awarded the NPL Rayleigh Award for his paper on "Synthesis and Raman spectroscopic characterization of carbon nanoscrolls”. This is a highly competitive annual award for the best paper published by NPL and is judged on creativity and novelty, extent and quality of scientific investigation, impact, clarity and accessibility.
