Biography

Vishal Panchal was born in Birmingham, UK, in 1987. He received the MSci degree in Physics from Royal Holloway, University of London, UK.

He first did a summer placement at NPL in 2009. This was with the Time, Quantum and Electromagnetics Division on the detection of ultrasmall particles using a hall sensor.

Current Interests

Vishal is now doing a PhD at Royal Holloway, University of London, and in collaboration with NPL on novel non-invasive nanoscale magnetometers.
