Jeff Flowers
Current interests

Jeff joined NPL in 1985, and is currently working in the Time, Quantum and Electromagnetics Division on a measurement of the Rydberg constant by optical spectroscopy of hydrogen. He is a member of the CODATA Task Group on Fundamental Constants, the BIPM Consultative Committee on Units and of the UK Institute of Physics.
Biography
Jeffrey L Flowers was born in Leeds, UK, in 1963. He received the BSc degree in physics from Manchester University, Manchester, UK, in 1985 and the DPhil degree from the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK, for work on precision measurement of the gyromagnetic ratio of Helium-3 in 1993.
