The Ceramics and Hard Materials Advisory Group, drawn mostly from industry, steers our research activity in directions which are most relevant to the ceramic, hardmetal and powder metallurgy industrial sectors, particularly concerning choices of test materials and conditions, but also on the focus of outputs.

They receive early details of our research findings as well as direct access to expertise. Meetings to present results and discuss future direction are held twice yearly.
