Industrial Advisory Group (IAG) - Electronics Interconnection
The Industrial Advisory Group (IAG) acts as the focal point for open discussion and views in support of the project. Membership of the IAG is free and provides an easy mechanism for collaboration on research projects.
Typically there are two or three meetings per year where progress is reported and reviewed.
Advantages of IAG membership include the following:
- Direct input and technical steer of the project
- Industrial ownership of the work
- Opportunities for direct participation in the technical activities
- Early access to project outputs
- Networking opportunities - with colleagues with similar interests and activities
- Influencing follow on projects
- Collaboration with NPL
In addition to collaborating with NPL on core research topics through the Industrial Advisory Groups, there are a number of mechanisms by which collaboration and interaction can occur - click here for more information.
