Nanoscale imaging of non-resonant Raman-active polystyrene (PS)-polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) polymer-blend thin films using Tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) is reported for the first time in this poster.

The domain morphologies in the films spin‑coated on glass coverslips from the phase-separated blends could be clearly distinguished in their TERS images, and the PS rich domains could be identified. These results demonstrate the capability of TERS as an ambient nanoscale chemical imaging tool for organic thin films.
