Recording humidity measurement results
Results can be recorded in the following ways:
- hygrometers with internal data logging
- read using a computer (by connection, or even wirelessly)
- a person reading displayed values and writing down results
You should record:
- humidity value and units
- for relative humidity measurements temperature is essential
- pressure must be known for psychrometers - and usually when measuring a pressurised gas
- date, time, place, method, operator
- anything else that allows the measurement to be understood later
