Laser power meters
NPL's laser sources are power-stabilised to permit accurate calibration of optical detector responsivity, including radiometers and laser power meters.
The signal to noise ratios range from 0.2 to 0.01%. At the lowest range the power output of an ultra-stable beam is in the order of a few mW.
Standard service offerings are shown below. For any other requirements, please contact us.

Accredited calibrations
Two types of accreditation cover t10he detector calibrations:
- Wavelengths above 350 nm a200t power levels up to 1 mW are given UKAS accreditation
`000
8000 - Wavelengths below 350 nm and at higher power levels are certified to NPL standards
