ANAMET – Measurement Comparison No 991

Description

ANAMET Measurement Comparison No 991
Item as given to participants
This exercise was designed to evaluate the reliability and reproducibility of TDNA (Time Domain Network Analysis) measurements. Four one-port GPC-7 items were constructed from a range of components, producing items with interesting time-domain responses. The items were delivered, by hand, to the six participating laboratories to achieve a very quick comparison exercise - completed in under three weeks! Each laboratory chose their own preferred method to perform the measurements.

Results were supplied in terms of magnitude VRC and time from the measurement plane for each of the most prominent discontinuities observed for each item, as well as the magnitude VRC at the test port. The results from this comparison have been written up as and issued as ANAMET Report 031
