LF electrical characterisation: dielectric properties and impedance characteristics

LF electrical characterisation 

NPL's functional materials group have extensive impedance analysis systems for the dielectric (real and imaginary) evaluation of piezoelectric and ferroelectric materials.

Systems include:

  • Solartron 1260 analysis and 1296 interface systems
    and
  • Agilent 4294 Impedance analyser
