Radiant Technologies High Voltage Ferroelectric Characterisation System 

Radiant Technologies High Voltage Ferroelectric Characterisation System

The hub of this equipment is a Radiant Technologies research computer integrated with a sophisticated high voltage amplifier, operating as an experimental rig combined with data logging facilities and state-of-the-art analytical software.

It is optimised for the characterisation of thin-film ferroelectric materials, but may also be efficiently employed in bulk characterisation projects. It is capable of polarisation loop analysis, and has applications in thin-film, ferroelectric memories along with bulk sensor and actuator characterisation.
   

High Voltage Amplifier Equipment

The Radiant Technologies equipment can be allied with a range of other high voltage amplifiers based on TREK designs, allowing the Sensors and Functional Materials Group to investigated high field dielectric and functional properties of piezoelectric and other materials.
