A selection of documents from the Bushy House archives.

The archives at Bushy House contain documents relating to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) spanning a period of over 100 years. They preserve both internal and external correspondence, as well as administrative records of the different departments.

Documents range from the handwritten agenda of the official opening of NPL in 1902 to the original fax offering the Royal Society use of Bushy House to establish a national physical laboratory.
